When you use the TinyLeversCo budgeting app, information you choose to enter or upload may include:

• Budget categories and targets
• Income information
• Expenses and transactions
• Bills and planned payments
• Savings goals
• Debt information
• Transaction descriptions
• Merchant and category preferences
• App settings and preferences
• CSV transaction data that you choose to upload
• Account information required to access and synchronize the app

We only process information that is necessary to operate the app, provide its features and support users.

Information may be used to:

• Provide access to the app
• Save and synchronize your budgeting information
• Calculate and display budgets and financial summaries
• Remember transaction categories and merchant preferences
• Provide recurring income and payment features
• Track bills, savings goals and other budgeting information
• Maintain app security and functionality
• Respond to customer-support requests
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

TinyLeversCo is a budgeting and organization tool. The app does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

TinyLeversCo uses cloud-based infrastructure to store and synchronize app information. This allows users to access their budgeting information across supported devices when signed into their account.

Third-party infrastructure providers may process information where necessary to provide database, authentication, storage, hosting and related technical services. TinyLeversCo does not sell budgeting information to advertisers.

TinyLeversCo does not connect directly to your bank account and does not ask for your online banking username or password.

If you use the transaction import feature, you choose which CSV file to upload. Users control the financial information they enter or upload into the app.

Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information such as:

• Online banking passwords
• Full payment card numbers
• PIN numbers
• Government identification numbers
• Other information that is not required for budgeting purposes

Users may optionally upload compatible CSV transaction files. CSV information may be processed to:

• Create transactions
• Identify transaction dates
• Identify transaction amounts
• Identify transaction descriptions
• Categorize transactions
• Detect previously imported transactions
• Provide budgeting summaries

Bank CSV formats can differ, and users may be asked to confirm or map columns before importing transactions.

The app may remember merchant and category preferences selected by the user. For example, if a user categorizes CARREFOUR MARKET 0142 as Groceries, the app may recognize similar future merchant descriptions and apply the saved category preference.

This functionality is intended to reduce repetitive manual categorization. Users remain able to review and change categories.

The app may store recurring income, bills, expenses or other budgeting information that the user chooses to create. This information is used to help calculate upcoming amounts and provide budgeting information for future pay periods.

Budgeting information may remain stored while the user continues to use the app so that budgeting history, preferences and account information remain available.

Where applicable, users may use available controls within the app to:

• Delete transactions
• Reset budgeting data
• Remove saved information
• Delete their account

Certain information may need to be retained temporarily where required for system security, backups, fraud prevention, accounting or legal requirements.

TinyLeversCo is a browser-based application. Users may access the app through supported modern browsers on devices such as phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.

Cloud synchronization allows account information to remain available across supported devices. An internet connection may be required for accessing the hosted app and synchronizing data.

TinyLeversCo uses technical measures and cloud infrastructure intended to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

However, no internet-based application, storage platform or security system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and should not share their password with others.

TinyLeversCo does not sell users’ budgeting information. Information may only be shared with service providers where necessary to:

• Host the application
• Store app information
• Provide authentication
• Operate cloud services
• Maintain app security
• Provide technical infrastructure
• Comply with applicable legal requirements

Service providers should only process information for the purposes required to provide their services.

TinyLeversCo does not use users’ transaction or budgeting information to serve personalized advertising. Budgeting information is not sold to advertisers.

Depending on where a user lives, they may have rights regarding their personal information. These may include the right to:

• Request access to personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of eligible personal information
• Request restriction of certain processing
• Object to certain processing
• Request a portable copy of certain information
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Users can contact TinyLeversCo to make a privacy-related request.

Where account deletion functionality is available, users may request or initiate deletion of their account and associated eligible information.

Please make sure any existing Delete Account / Reset Data functionality remains working exactly as currently designed.

If TinyLeversCo is purchased through a third-party marketplace such as Etsy, information collected by that marketplace is also subject to that marketplace’s own privacy practices and policies. TinyLeversCo does not control how third-party marketplaces independently process information.

TinyLeversCo is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children where parental or guardian consent would be required under applicable law. If we become aware that such information has been provided improperly, we may take appropriate steps to remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the app, new features, changes to service providers, security improvements, or legal or regulatory requirements. The latest version will show the date of the most recent update.
